城大開辦首個建築及法律雙學(xué)士學(xué)位課程。此課程將建築及法律知識結(jié)合在一起，為學(xué)生和僱主締造雙贏局面。課程於2006年正式開辦，首批學(xué)額20名。
逾30名建築系學(xué)生學(xué)以致用，協(xié)助重建廣西偏遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)一間小學(xué)宿舍。宿舍於今年三月底落成，命名為「香港樂群樓」。
