CityUHK Law PhD students Floriane Chang and Jiaqi Huang won the “Best Position Paper Award” at the Macau Model European Union 2024 (Macau Model EU 2024), which took place on 30 November 2024. The event brought together students from across the Greater Bay Area and other major Chinese cities to simulate European Union policy-making processes.
Representing the State of Poland, the CityUHK delegation demonstrated exceptional diplomatic and legal skills during debates on the Middle East crisis. The event organisers particularly noted their contributions to drafting key resolutions and building consensus among participating delegations.
