CityU Undergraduate Information Day 2023
The CityU Undergraduate Information Day 2023 was held on Saturday 7 October from 9:00am to 5:30pm. The School of Law (“SLW”) set up display boards and organized a series of admission talks, alumni sharing and thematic talk to provide prospective students with the most up-to-date information about the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and the double degree programmes. Our staff and student volunteers introduced programme information and addressed queries raised by participants.
Professor Michael Tsimplis, LLB Programme Director, talked on “Academic Admissions Guidance (LLB Programme)”, Professor Virginia Harper Ho talked on “The A, B, C’s of the Law School”, our alumni Mr. Frankie Wong and Miss Joanna Wong talked on “Life at and after CityU” and Professor Chen Wen, Associate Major Leader of BBAAC, presented the double degree programme with Accountancy. In addition, Professor Michael Tsimplis also participated in the presentation on the double degree with Computing Mathematics, organized by Department of Mathematics.
The event was a success and we trust the potential students and their parents and relatives were able to get a lot of useful information in relation to the SLW programmes.
香港城市大學（簡稱“城大”）於2023年10月7日（星期六）上午九時至下午五時三十分在城大校園舉行本科入學資訊日。法律學院設置攤位並舉辦了一系列的入學講座、校友分享及專題講座，為有意入讀的學生提供有關法律學學士及雙學位課程的最新資訊。學院的職員及法律系學生為參觀人士介紹課程資訊和解答查詢。
法律學學士課程主任Michael Tsimplis教授介紹「法律學學士課程入學要求」，郝唯真教授主講「法律學院的A, B, C」, 法律學院校友黃健朗先生及黃芷盈小姐分享「在城大及畢業後生活的點滴」，工商管理學士（會計）專業副課程主任陳雯教授介紹了法律學學士與工商管理學士（會計）雙學位課程。此外，Michael Tsimplis教授還參加了由數學系舉辦的法律學學士與理學士（計算數學）雙學位課程講座。
是次活動非常成功，讓有意了解城大法律學院及本科課程的學生及家長獲得更多資訊。
