The second seminar of the CityU Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LLMArbDR) Seminar Series 2024 was held at the CityU HK Tech 300 Co-working space in Admiralty on 21 March 2024. Mr Chi Man Kwan, Group CEO and Founder of Raffles Family Office, was invited to be the speaker who delivered the talk on “A Case Study on the Strategic Application of Mediation in Family Dispute Resolution”. Around 60 students, alumni and members of the Hong Kong Mediation Council and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers attended the talk.

The Seminar Series is hosted by the School of Law, CityU and co-organised by the Hong Kong Mediation Council and the Construction Dispute Resolution Committee of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

The next seminar will be held on 18 April 2024 by Mr Ben Chan, Head of Commercial Yau Lee Holdings Limited (Barrister). He will speak on “Leveraging Alternative Dispute Resolution in Commercial Dispute Management: Insights from a Party’s Perspective”. Please stay tuned!
