Funding Support

During the academic term(s) of exchange programmes, students are required to pay regular tuition fees and other study-related fees at CityU. Tuition fees shall be waived by the partner institutions. However, exchange students shall be responsible for financing their expenses covering:

• Traveling
• Accommodation
• Health and travel insurance
• Telephone costs
• Local transportation
• Living cost and personal expenses
• Books and related instructional materials

The UGC-funded students who are taking a full-time government-funded Bachelor's degree, may apply for partial sponsorship from the Student Exchange Fund and/or other funding administered by the Global Engagement Office.

Funding support may be available at the Departmental offices and is subject to the availability and the merit of individual cases. Students are advised to check with their respective department for details.
