The CityU Press launched 71 titles at the 16th Hong Kong's Book Fair to be held from 20 to 25 July. Eight new books have been made debuts at the Book Fair for university students and the youth.
A comprehensive, trilingual phrasebook with CD, Guide Pratique de Conversation Fran?ais - Cantonais - Mandarin, was launched at CityU, 18 February. The book serves as a useful reference for visitors, business travellers and students from French-speaking countries, the mainland and Hong Kong. It covers a wide range of daily-life situations and is organized in three columns for quick and easy access.
Views from Mount South — A collection of essays iby CityU scholars was published by the CityU Press on 6 January.

A scholarly work,“Building Dilapidation and Rejuvenation in Hong Kong" newly published by the City University of Hong Kong Press, provides a holistic study of old buildings maintenance, urban planning and development issues.

The Ceremony was co-organized by CityU, RTHK Radio 1, the Hong Kong Publishing Federation, Hong Kong Education City, The Hong Kong Association of Youth Groups, and Hong Kong Public Libraries (Leisure and Cultural Services Department).
With the Hong Kong community busy preparing for the District Election on 23 November, the City University of Hong Kong Press launched a timely new title—Political Consequences of Electoral Systems: The Hong Kong Proportional Representation System—on 18 November. The book outlines the development of electoral systems in Hong Kong.
Books on Chinese culture are the main course for visitors to the City University of Hong Kong Press (CityU Press) booth in the annual Hong Kong Book Fair, on now at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre until 3 August.
