Safety has been recognised for its excellence at City University of Hong Kong (CityU).

We won the “Safety Performance Award – Outstanding” in the 19th Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Award, organised by the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Council.

Under the support of the Facilities Management Office, the University maintains safe and contemporary facilities for staff and students, making CityU a leader in advancing the facilities management profession.

By winning the “Safety Performance Award”, CityU is recognised as an organisation that has a proven safety record between 2017 and 2019 in such OSH records as safety audit results, safety management systems, and work-related accidents, among others.
