Real estate agents are now using VR technology on their websites. The VR property market is booming, with projections indicating a value of US$2.6 billion by 2025. However, the majority of listings appear outdated and messy. Airbnb has demonstrated the importance of high-quality, home-staged images to drive sales. In addition, virtually staged homes sell 88% faster and for 20% more than non-staged homes. However, it is too expensieve to generate home-staged images for all listings in the traditional way.
