Dr Skin
Skin acts as a barrier that protects the body from dangerous substances outside the body. However, the protective ability of skin is not unlimited. Problems arise when there is abnormal exposure to environmental stressors up to a level that exceeds the skin's normal defensive potential. Our project aims to:
- develop an effective and efficient model to detect skin disease with comprehensive vision-language multi-modality information,
- use this model to provide hierarchical advice to patients based on severity to save their time and money,
- provide a full course of treatment recommendations in different disease phases, and
- establish an online communication platform to connect patients with similar diseases.
