RentScore is an application that allows tenants to store their rental payment records and share them with prospective landlords. This helps tenants improve their credit score and establish a tenant profile, thus enhancing their bargaining power for future lease negotiation. By encouraging tenants to pay their rent on time, landlords can reduce rental arrears and lower the risks associated with renting out properties.
