Mr Vincent Ha graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration (major in Marketing) and is a Certified Management Accountant (Australia). He holds a Post-graduate Executive Diploma in Strategic Brand Management.
Mr Ha is the Vice-chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs and the Industry Fellow, BEST Community of the Hong Kong Baptist University. He has been the Trainer of iDM2 Program of Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation and the Mentor of SME Mentorship Programme of the Trade and Industry Department.
Before establishing his own business, Mr Ha had worked in multinational research agencies – Nielsen and Ipsos. He served clients across different commercial sectors including FMCG, retailing, skincare and cosmetics, telecommunications, banking and finance, information technology and education.
Mr Ha found Nimbus Insight in 2013, and developed an interactive mobile survey platform for market research studies. The project was supported by PolyU Micro fund and received the Innovative Entrepreneurship Award.
Mr Ha started VeTrackr, a FinTech start-up, in 2020. The company is invested by HK Tech 300 Angel Fund, the Incubatee of Hong Kong Science Park and Portfolio Company of HKAI Lab. VeTrackr also received the Bright Future SME’s Youth Creative Entrepreneurship Award 2022.
