Happy Fridays! HK101: HK Historic Shops & Visit to Local Soy Sauce Manufacturer Yuet Wo
In this activity, our guest hosts will take us on a journey to explore some of the time-honoured brands and shops in Hong Kong through stories. Participants will also join a guided tour to Yuet Wo, a local soy sauce manufacturer, to learn about this local brand, their soy sauce making techniques, and the transition of the manufacturing process. Participants will first meet at CityUHK campus in Kowloon Tong and then depart for Yuet Wo in Sheung Shui together for the walking tour.
Activity Fee: HK$100 per person
