Novel photocatalytic coatings for marine antifouling and anticorrosion

 

Ship hulls and marine facilities are vulnerable to serious biofouling and corrosion problems. Photocatalytic-photocathodic nanocomposite materials are developed for making protective coatings, which perform marine antifouling and anticorrosion in an effective and eco-friendly manner.
