We have partnered with the leasing department of one of the Hong Kong's biggest real estate developers to develop the 'Money Floor Plan Leasing System'. The aim of the system is to streamline the process of renting a shop and alleviate the pain points faced by landlords and tenants. Once completed, we will enhance the system with Big Data analysis and AI to suggest optimal shop positions based on pedestrian flow. We will also tokenise shops on blockchain to enable leasing and payments to be governed by smart contracts, thus avoiding disputes. After enhancement, we plan to offer the system as a subscription-based service to other landlords in Hong Kong.
