The Exercise is Medicine? (EIM) Expo 2023 was held in January 2023 to encourage staff and students to work towards improving the health and well-being of the campus community, while celebrating the achievement of clinching the “Exercise is Medicine? (EIM) Gold Campus Award” for four consecutive years from the American College of Sports Medicine. Games and activities such as Karate Kick and Punch, Wattbike VO2 Max Test, and Body Composition Analysis were available for students, staff and alumni to try.
