Besides, it is an easy way of creating beautiful art from repetitive patterns providing artistic satisfaction. Under the certified instructor Ms. Winnie Leung’s guidance, the participants were able to finish two art pieces and benefited in relieving their stress as well as experiencing a sense of peace and fulfilment.
