The workshop “Baduanjin” was successfully held on 10 April 2018. Baduanjin is an ancient Chinese martial exercise. The name refers to a set of eight individual movements that impart a silken quality to the body and its energy. With a concentration in slow breathing and well-designed movement and the professional teaching of Master Chen Chen LEE, the participants experienced the joy of exercise and the benefits of positive self-care.
