A transcript is a certification of a student's record of academic performance at the University.

Testimonial

A testimonial is a certification of a student's registration record with regard to his or her study at the University.

Certified True Copy

Certification of official University documents (e.g. transcript, award certificate, etc.)

The University reserves the right to withhold issuance of an academic transcript to an applicant who has not paid fees / other monies owed to the University, or who has failed to discharge all obligations towards the University, or upon the advice of the applicant's programme department.

How to Apply

Students may apply for the above documents using paper or online Form SGS10, and a fee will be charged for each copy. Applications can be submitted on-line through AIMS or by post to Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate Studies (SGS).

Students may authorize a third party to collect the transcript on their behalf. In this connection, the authorized person should present the following upon collection of the transcript:

1. An authorization letter signed by the student concerned
2. A copy of the student identity card/HKID card/passport of the student concerned (this will be returned to the authorized person after inspection)

Please allow seven working days for processing the request.
