Prof. Alicia An and her start-up company, SSA Coating, presented their "Application of Advanced Photocatalytic Material for Effective Air Cleaning and Water Purification" project during InnoCarnival 2023 at HKSTP. InnoCarnival is an annual flagship event organized by the Innovation & Technology Commission (ITC) that focuses on showcasing the latest developments and achievements in innovation and technology in Hong Kong, with a specific emphasis on GreenTech this year. SSA Coating Limited's innovative project supported by HKtech 300, the HKSPT incubation program, which won the FITMI Silver Award at AsiaExpo in June, was previously showcased at an exhibition on campus organized by SEE.
