Dr. Edwin Tso delivered a lecture entitled “Next Generation of Green Building Technologies: Passive Radiative Cooling & Thermochromic Smart Windows” for the “Science in the Public Service” 2022 Forum and Lecture Series on 13 August 2022 at the Hong Kong Science Museum.

In the lecture, Dr. Tso introduced the development history, technical content and his unique insights on passive radiative cooling and thermochromic smart windows. These two state-of-the-art green building technologies can potentially be applied in Hong Kong’s buildings for energy-saving.

“Science in the Public Service” is a joint campaign by the government and other organizations to promote scientific work and the application of technology to the provision of services for the general public.
