Dr. Hao WU received the RGC Postdoctoral Fellowship Award 2022/23.

Dr. Hao, supervised by Prof. WANG Zuankai, was one of 4 candidates out of 12 nominations of CityU for the award this year. Dr. Hao will receive support from Research Grant Council (RGC) for 36 months of full-time appointment as Postdoctoral Fellow and an annual stipend that will cover their basic salary as well as a conference and research-related travel allowance throughout the 36-month fellowship period. She will be working on areas in energy harvesting, in particular, developing a transistor-like water-based electricity generator (TWEG) for high-efficiency ambient high-entropy energy harvesting.
