ABSTRACT
In this talk, I will first introduce the classical variational approach of image reconstruction for parallel magnetic resonance imaging and image segmentation for breast mammography radiology. Then I will introduce deep learning basic and models for solving medical image segmentation and end with two applications: glomerulus segmentation and fibroglandular tissue segmentation.
