Conny started teaching as an Instructor at the Department of English in 2002. During her years with the EN Department, she has taught a wide range of EAP and ESP courses, including Introduction to English Literature, Reading and Writing Skills courses, Presentation Skills, English for Business and Technical Communication, and so on. In 2012, she was transferred to the LC. Apart from her teaching, she was also one of the two Chat Group coordinators, responsible for promoting and organizing practical language activities and also mentoring SPIL GTAs.

Currently, Conny is teaching mainly GE courses (GE1401 University English & GE2402 English for Business Communication).
