This was our first event co-organised with the Hong Kong Institute of Medical Laboratory Sciences (HKIMLS). We had a full house in a large lecture theatre-13 (capacity of 144 seats) with participants of MLTs from local hospitals/medical laboratories, research scientists and students. We all joined together and enjoyed an impressive, interesting and exceptional scientific seminar given by Dr Terrence Lau.

We will co-organise similar scientific seminars with HKIMLS regularly, so as to provide CPD (continuous professional development) in the field.
