The Friendly Neighbourhood Training will be organized by The Positive Education Laboratory of the Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences of the City University of Hong Kong, jointly with the Sports Chaplaincy HK from June to July 2024. This program consists of 5 sessions, including 4 sessions of activities and skills training held at CityUHK and 1 session of internship service learning held at Lingnan University, aiming to build students’ resilience, enhance their leadership and communication skills, and cultivate them the sense of community and willingness to serve others.
Activities include Therapy with Six Bricks, Total Boxing, Table Top Game, and Team Building. The content combines both sports and counselling. Students can also implement activities at Lingnan University, which will help transform their learning experiences and program planning skills to concrete service experiences. This is a rare and valuable opportunity for students to learn outside the classroom and to communicate with students from other universities. Do not miss out this valuable opportunity! 香港城市大學社會及行為科學系正向教育研究室將於6-7月與Sports Chaplaincy HK合辦 Friendly Neighbourhood 育成企畫 2024。此計劃為4節的活動體驗及技巧訓練，以及第5節於嶺南大學進行的服務學習，目標是建立同學的心理抗逆力、領導能力及溝通技巧，培養對社區具使命感，願意服務他人的學生。
活動體驗包括：Therapy with Six Bricks （六色積木）、Total Boxing （全人拳擊）、Table Top Game(桌上遊戲)、Team Building (團隊建立)，內容結合了運動及輔導學，同學更可到嶺南大學推行活動，將活動體驗轉化為具體的服務，從而學習活動策劃的技巧，實在是不容錯過的課堂以外學習，及與其他學院交流的機會。活動詳情如下：
